You can also print their name/logo on the back of the bid paddles, so that every time someone raises their card to bid, sponsors are acknowledged. Hints for recognizing volunteers: Take the time at your last committee meeting to tell everyone to be ready for the recognition and when the time comes to immediately stand up proudly and loudly.
