Auctionpay Bridge Software

Integrate your event and donor management data

Auctionpay Bridge Software allows you to easily link your constituent information from your donor management system to Auctionpay Event Software. All donor data remains up-to-date, accurate and inclusive of event activities, such as who purchased which items at your auction and for how much. While donor management systems are excellent for year-round donor communication, they lack the specific event support that Auctionpay's event solutions provide.

The Auctionpay Bridge Software supports the following donor management programs:

  • Blackbaud Raiser's EdgeŽ
  • Kintera SphereŽ

Prior to your event
Relevant donor information is transferred from your donor management system to Auctionpay Event Software where the following details are managed:

  • Registration
  • Item procurement
  • Seating and menu preferences
  • Creation of bid sheets and auction catalogs

At the event
Auctionpay Event Software efficiently records all winning bidder information and creates on-the-spot bidder receipts including item cost, donations and other event information. Event Software also links to Auctionpay's Event Payment system for credit card payment processing. Additionally, any new guest or donor information is also recorded.

After the event
Auctionpay Event Software generates event reports and donor thank you letters. Auctionpay Bridge Software then transfers all event details to your donor management system for year-round access to event data.
