  • If guests plan to use a credit card to pay for their purchases, it can be swiped at registration or check-in.
  • All credit card information is securely stored in the Auctionpay terminals.
  • After the guest's card is swiped a bidder number is entered. From now on the credit card data is linked to the bidder number.
  • The guest signs a $0.00 balance receipt and receives a copy, eliminating the need to see the cashier at the end of the event.
  • Synchronize Auctionpay Event Payments with your event management software.

During the event, guests can use their bidder number for the auction as well as other activities such as Fund-A-Cause and raffles.

At the end of the event:
  • Guests verify successful bids and pick up their purchases, skipping the cashier, and dramatically reducing lines.
  • The credit card information of guests who choose not to pre-swipe a card at registration can be captured easily at the end of the event.
Sending your funds to the bank is simple.
  • Banking reports are printed directly from the terminals for review and then the batch of payments is transmitted via a phone line.
  • Once the batch has been sent, Auctionpay transmits funds into your account within five business days.
