Basic Service

One Auctionpay Event Consultant will attend one fundraising event and provide the following services at your designated event.

Our experienced consultant will:

• Arrive at your event 2 hours prior to event registration
• Set up and test Event Payment terminals
• Train volunteers/staff on Event Payment terminals
• Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay Event Software for use at the event
• Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
• Stay through event check-out
