Information for Partners
Auctionpay’s Partner Program is for companies and individuals who provide products and services that support nonprofit and school fundraising activities. A partnership with Auctionpay can help you leverage your marketing dollars and attract more clients. In addition, Auctionpay partners are paid a $150 referral fee when an organization they refer not in our sales tracking system becomes an Auctionpay customer.
To Qualify
A potential partner must be a going concern in good standing in the nonprofit industry. A working relationship with Auctionpay sales, marketing or client service staff is recommended.
Auctionpay Partner Categories
Auctionpay's partner categories are designed to meet the needs of diverse businesses with various business models. There are currently two partner categories: Friends of Auctionpay and Auctionpay Marketing Partners.
- Friends of Auctionpay: this partnership category is designed primarily to grow the relationship between Auctionpay's Area Marketing Managers and partner organizations in their region. Click here for more information.
- Marketing Partners: this partner category requires a higher level of involvement than the Friends of Auctionpay category and is designed to provide organizations with a variety of Auctionpay activities in which to participate. Click here for more information.
Application Process
- Organizations wanting to join the Partner Program should complete the application form and return to Auctionpay.
- Auctionpay's Relationship Marketing Manager will schedule a phone interview to learn about your business and discuss Program elements to determine the best fit between Auctionpay and the applicant.
- Auctionpay will then evaluate the application based on program criteria.
- A Memo of Understanding and a Product Agreement will be signed by both parties.
- Partnerships will be re-evaluated on an annual basis.
Evaluation Process
Organizations will be evaluated on the criteria below before becoming a participating partner:
- Business mix in relation to Auctionpay and the benefit fundraising/nonprofit industry
- Web site Presence
- References
- Recommendation from the Auctionpay Area Marketing Manager in their territory
